Okay, this really is all the buzz right now so lets spend just a bit more time discussing the ridiculousness of the situation.
Check this out, Oscar.com’s Thank you Cam caught bought Roger Ross and Elinor Burkett (I’ve actually memorised how to spell her name now – God help me). Around 0:20 we see that she has an Oscar, which certainly wasn’t given to her on stage. But at 0:49 she actually puts the Oscar on the ground! What is she doing? She had to go to court just to keep her name in the runnings as a producer to be eligible to get that, now she just sits it on the floor?
Oh dear…

As soon as she got on stage we knew something wasn’t right. Elinor Burkett was clearly all over the place and to my best recollection wasn’t mentioned by the announcer. Roger Ross was not impressed and wasn’t afraid to let his facial reactions show it.

But to call her Lady Kanye?? Seems like this story may be a little one-sided. I think we should give her the benefit of the doubt.
Crazy? possibly. Kanye-eque move? yes. Justified? maybe – but we should wait and find out before the name calling begins.
Interestingly though, (and reason enough for me to post on this crap) she is becoming an Internet sensation – if only for the hour. She is currently the 15th most Googled thing in the last hour, according to Google Trends.
